Next Level Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PYT mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using PYT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect

- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including quiz scores, study progress, certification selections, feature usage, and session duration.
- Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app performance and analytics purposes.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not directly store your credit card or payment details.
- AI Tutor Interactions: Questions you submit to the AI Tutor feature are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We do not use your AI Tutor conversations for advertising or sell them to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
- Personalize your study experience (weak area tracking, study plans, question recommendations)
- Process subscriptions and manage your account
- Improve the App based on usage patterns and feedback
- Communicate with you about updates, support, or account-related matters
- Ensure the security and integrity of the App
Third-Party Services
PYT uses the following third-party services that may collect or process data:

Data Storage and Security
Your study progress and account data are stored locally on your device and may be synced to our secure servers. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information

PYT is designed for individuals preparing for professional certification exams and is not directed at children under the age of 13.
